Competition " Dressing Table"
The Horeca Table Dressa Competition is the competition where the hotel schools of Algeria meet, and compete for the place of the most beautiful table served at the Horeca Salon.
Attend a major presentation of the art of the table given to you by passionate students. They will put into practice the rules established for centuries now. These young prodigies promise to take you on a journey through a table setting worthy of the greatest five-star hotels in the world!
The participants will meet on November 19, 2022, in the central pavilion at SAFEX in Algiers, and will fight tirelessly for the trophy for the Most Beautiful Horeca Table, which will be awarded to them by an exceptional jury. , key figures in the field of catering in Algeria.
A jury of experts will judge the work and precision of the participants according to the criteria and professional rules in force.

- Employé à “Sheraton Club Des Pins” depuis 2000 à ce jour, expérience dans les différentes spécialités en restauration, avec les standards de la chaine de management starwood et Marriott international.
Mr NAZEF Salim
- Assistant F&B Manager au sein de l’hôtel Hyatt Regency Alger, garant de la qualité de l’accueil, des services et de l’image du restaurant Palmette,
- Il gère, anime, partage ses connaissances approfondies de l’accueil, et consolide ses acquis dans le domaine du luxe au sein du restaurant Palmette,

- A fait partie de l’équipage du navire Tarik Ibn Ziad 1997
- A fait partie de l’équipage d’ouverture Sheraton club des pins 1999
