The HORECA Master Chef competition is back again, this time with a simpler challenge: soup. Participants will be tasked with creating a comforting and tasty soup, using the best seasonal ingredients.
Whether it’s a velvety winter vegetable soup, a fish stock flavoured with fresh herbs or a creamy mushroom soup, the aim is to bring out the authentic flavours and remind us of the pleasures of grandma’s cooking.
