Chocolat Haute Couture: sublimating the art of chocolate

On January 22, 2026, the Chocolat Haute Couture competition will take place, an event dedicated to the art of chocolate. Chefs will be invited to showcase this noble product through creations combining taste, aesthetics, and innovation.
A jury of experts will select the most remarkable creations for their technical mastery, originality, and ability to transform chocolate into true culinary works of art.
