Indirect boiling pans ensure uniform heat from the bottom and side walls of the pan through an indirect heating system using saturated steam generated entirely at a temperature of 110 °C in the jacket.
Gas models are equipped with robust micro-perforated stainless steel burners with a safety device for increased safety.
Additional insulation material throughout the cooking vessel to minimize energy costs.
Power regulation via control knob.
The large capacity drain tap allows for easy draining of food.
The safety valve prevents steam overpressure in the jacket on indirect heating models.
A pressure gauge allows for proper monitoring of the vessel's operation.
An external valve allows manual release of excess air accumulated in the double jacket during the heating phase.
On gas models, thanks to the electronic ignition system, the user can visually monitor the operating status with indicators located on the front panel.
